The Foil-Flator
Electric Foil Balloon Inflator/Deflator
7" x 5 1/2" x 6" (18 cm x 14 cm x 15 cm) --- Item #10700
The compact Foil-Flator is the only electric air inflator/deflator for foil balloons. The precise inflation pressure prevents both over-inflation breakage and damage to self-sealing balloon valves during inflation, ensuring long-lasting displays. The deflator hose deflates both helium and air-filled foil balloons, so they can be reused for repeated savings. 120V, 230V and 240V versions available.
Inflating foil balloons with air rather than helium saves money, and since air does not escape from the foil material as easily, displays can last for a very long time. For superior results, we recommend covering inflated foil balloon valves with Jiffy Tape.
To see step-by-step project photos, view Inflate & Hang a Foil Balloon or Inflate & Display 3 Foils. Photos of air-filled Foil Balloon Displays are also on this site.
Hint: To deflate balloons, move the coiled hose to the top of the machine, and attach the long "straw" nozzle. Carefully insert the straw past the end of the self-sealing valve, then turn on the machine to suck out the gas (air or helium). When the balloon is deflated, turn off the machine, and detach the nozzle from the hose before removing the straw. Download a PDF copy of the full Foil-Flator instructions to learn more. Slide-N-Size
Item #29505
The indispensable tool to size latex balloons at any increment from 1.5" to 36" (4 cm to 91 cm). The new metal ruler base can be folded for compact use (as in the top two pictures above), or extended for larger jobs (see bottom two photos). Pole extenders are included for use with jumbo balloons.
With a quick turn of a pole, the feet slide to create any size template. To use, inflate a balloon with air or helium, then let out gas until the balloon diameter matches the template. Download a PDF copy of the Slide-N-Size flyer (1.2 MB) to learn more. (Requires the free Adobe Reader to open.)
